Welcome to POCA. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using POCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

POCA is a podcast application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Convert news articles into audio content
• Summarize content using AI technology
• Generate podcasts with text-to-speech voices
• Personalize content based on user preferences

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Each person may only create one account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• POCA offers both free and premium subscription plans
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. Content

• Content is provided for informational purposes only
• Users may not copy or redistribute content for commercial purposes
• All intellectual property rights belong to the original content owners

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the application for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
• Collecting other users' information without authorization
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in spam activities
• Violating intellectual property rights

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app. When you delete your account:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Your listening history, favorites, and playlists will be removed
• This action cannot be undone
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store

8. Limitation of Liability

POCA is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy or completeness of content
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• Update these Terms of Use periodically
• Limit or restrict access as necessary

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
